Worst hotel experience of my life – please do not book this hotel. There was no staff available to assist guests. I ordered breakfast and tea, but the tea was cold and proper breakfast was not available. Only a few limited items were provided, and that too according to their convenience. The room heater was not working, the toilet commode was broken, and there was no parking facility. Even the electric blanket was not working. Overall, it was a very poor and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend that future travelers avoid this hotel and choose a better place to stay.

This property is good for family trip and friends trip. Ski slopes are near at this property The owner of the property Mr Ishfaq khan sahib is a great person and helpful. The property located center of the Gulmarg . Where all the points are in walking distance such as Children park, golf club, maharaja palace,patato farm and strawberry farm Gondola is only 10 minutes far from the property,walkable distance. The rooms are good in size and have a great heating arrangements Food is tasty and delicious .

I stayed at Roseland Cottage in Gulmarg and it was a very bad experience. The heater was not working at night, i ordered food (daal) was frozen, and the toilet was broken. There was no staff or attendant available during the night. Even the electric blanket was not working. The service and maintenance were extremely poor. I would not recommend anyone to stay here in the future. Very disappointing experience.

One of the worst hotel I visited in my life plz never visit in hotel rosland in Gulmarg.Bad behaviour of catering staff.no facilities of heating.they told us we provide heater but there was no heater then they provide electric blanket that was unserviceable.no parking available.washroom commode was broken.plz never visit i request.
